SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1908 has now been released to customer and brings several new and enhanced features that use intelligent technologies. As we deliver continuous improvements via regular Hotfix Collections, the following corrections in the area of Purchase Requisition Workflows have been shipped as part of Hotfix Collection 03, planned to be available in Customer Q-Systems by August 17/18 and P-Systems by August 24/25.
URL Attachments in app My Inbox
Since there are technical restrictions for launching URL Attachments from app My Inbox, the latest correction generates a text file corresponding to the URL, which will be shown in the 'Attachments' tab. The content of this text file will be URL, which can be manually copied and pasted in the browser by the user.
Notifications in app Manage Workflow for Purchase Requisition - NEW
With this enhancement, Fiori Notifications to the Approver have been enabled for app 'Manage Workflow for Purchase Requisition - NEW' for class based WF. This app is the replacement for BOR based WF, which will be deprecated in future releases.
