Periods 13-16 in the Z3 Report for Advanced Compliance Reporting for Germany

Recently we've had some questions about where to find periods 13 to 16 in the Z3 report for advanced compliance reporting (ACR) for Germany.

Here's how you run a report with those periods included. When you're using the Run Compliance Reports app, when you're making the selection criteria for the report. On this screen, just use the From Period and To Period fields to select the timeframe for which you want to run the report. The periods correspond to calendar months, so selecting from period 01 to period 03 will run the report from January through March.

For the Z3 report for Germany, periods 13 through 16 are designated for post-closing changes. To see periods 13 through 16 in your report, select period 012 as the from- and to-period. This runs the report for periods 12 through 16. To run the report for the whole year, simply select 001 as the From Period and 012 as the To Period. This runs the report for periods 1 through 16.
