When user create accelerated return with reference via the Manage Customer Returns app, all reference document under allowed sales area which configured via Configuration Step should list correctly.

Previous Behavior: If you've created a reference sales area and assigned it to sales document type ‘CBAR’, only reference documents under this reference sales area will show in the Manage Customer Returns app. The reference documents in other sales areas that are combined with the reference sales area will not show here.

From CE2011, all reference documents under the reference sales area and combined sales area will show on the Manage Customer Returns app.

You can assign sales area to sales document types in the Manage Your Solutions app under Implementation Cockpit.

For example:

Combine Sales Organizations (Configuration Step ID 102182)

Combine sales organization 1730 to reference sales organization 1710

Combine Distribution Channels (Configuration Step ID 102183)

Combine distribution channel 1730/10 to reference distribution channel 1710/10

Combine Divisions (Configuration Step ID 102184)

Combine division 1730/10/00 to reference division 1710/10/00

Assign Sales Document Types Permitted for Sales Areas (Configuration Step ID 102185)

Only maintain reference sales area 1710/10/00 as the permitted sales area.

Reference documents in reference sales area 1710/10/00 and combined sales area 1730/10/00 list here.
