You can consume a Core Data Services (CDS) view to get the data relevant to billing request lines of service contracts. It can help you improve business operations. One of the use cases is to add service contract dates (start/ end date at service contract item level) and settlement dates (settlement start/ end date at billing request line level) to your invoice items so that the financial personnel can easily tell which invoice is for which contract period or for which settlement period.
