If we are getting an below error, how to solve this?
‘Transport the access sequ. Zxxx for condition type Zxxx (in application V) Diagnosis In application V, the system wants to transport condition type Zxxx from the quality system to the production system, but the assigned access sequence Zxxx has not been transported yet to the production system. System Response An extension item of type Access Sequence of Condition Technique is ready to be exported from the quality system. Procedure Inform your system administrator. Procedure for System Administration In the quality system, add the corresponding extension item to the export list and export the software collection using the Export Software Collection app. In the production system, import the software collection using the Import Software Collection app.’

- - We can see the steps how to create new Table, New Access Sequence, New Condition Type & how to add the condition type in the Pricing Procedure
- On S4HC it is not like standard SAP to just create a Table, Access Sequence and all under the IMG
- For this, we have separate Configuration ID’s are there, there we must do this configuration task,
- To perform all this operation, we need to go to an app
- Once we click on this App, system will bring us to the next screen which looks as per below,
- After clicking on the Configure Your Solution, another screen will appear, where we should find the config task which we are supposed to configure
- On this screen we should choose the Application area sub application area where we have to do the configuration
- In the regular ECC we used to get this information under the Sales & Distribution Node on IMG screen, but on S4HC it looks as shown above
- In the below screen we will find the details of configuration
- All screens are just like standard ECC only, see below screen to change the existing table

- As we know in ECC when we create a
o Condition Table
o Access Sequence
- It gets saved in the Workbench request, where as on S4HC it gets saved on the SWC i.e. Software Collection Request
- We need to define to SWC on S4HC, this can be done by entering the information on the app generally this task can be performed by the Basis team i.e. creation of SWC & BCP

BCP è All the configuration task gets saved in the BCP

SWC è All the changes related to table and access sequence task gets saved in SWC
- Go to respective SWC è Click on Add then in that search all the changes by your name, add those & leave it.
- After adding the objects, it will appear on the Content of the main screen

- Come to main screen, click on CHECK, we will get the below Log,

- After creation of above details then we should not forget to add the changes in the SWC,
without this change will not been moved to Production, if we tried to push only BCP, system will give an error,

- Once SWC is exported then Import this SWC in Production using the app
- Then move the BCP to the Production system..
