Background

This document will guide you how to use SSCUI “Configure Sales Document Types” to set customer reference check in specific sales order type. This refers from a customer incident and aims to provide complete details reducing similar mistakes.

Environment

Relevant SSCUI will base on S/4HANA Cloud 2002.

Procedure

1. Login to the system with certified user and launch application “Manage Your Solution”

2. 2. On the display page of “Manage Your Solution”, click “Configure Your Solution”.

3. 3. On the display page of “Configure Your Solution”, enter 500115 in the search box, and get the result of “Sales”->“Sales Order Management and Processing”-> “Sales Document” SSCUI, click the right arrow to get into this SSCUI.

4. 4. On the “Configuration Steps” Page, find step “Configure Sales Document Types”, and click “Configure”.

5. 5. On the Change View, choose the document type that you need set the customer reference check and double click, here use OR(Standard Order) as an example:

6. 6. On the details page for this order type, find “Check Customer Reference” configuration, and change its status as your need:

7. Click “Save” and exit the page, the customer reference check will be available when you create new OR with customer reference.
