How to track the change logs of customer project

We can use app "Show Change Documents" to check the change logs.

Following 'Change Document Object' can be used：

>Change Document for Commercial Project Header

>Change Document for Commercial Project Financial Plans

>Change Document for Commercial Project Roles and Staffing

Where can I see the field name mapping to field in Plan Customer Project ?

I found this Blog for On-Premise, which help a bit. I would need confirmation .

Also, some value are not imputed in the table (Ex. Project Manager Field, Project Roles). Where is the best place to validate logs on Project Manager field with changed dat ?

Can you please advise on how to pick up the project ID number from the change document for Commercial Project Header?

Secondly, is the field name MP_Stage the Project Status i.e. In Execution P003?

Hi Theresa,

Unfortunately it is not easy to pick up the project ID number from 'Show Change Documents'.

If you want to check the past change logs(e.g. status change) for a specific project, you can

1. change any header field of the project. (e.g. 'Description')

2. Go to app "Show Change Documents" immediately to check the change log per the changing user ID and 'From Time', 'To Time'.

3. check the 'object value' of 'object' : /CPD/PWS_BO_MP.

4. Go to "Show Change Documents" again to search with 'Object ID' = 'object value' in step 3.

For your 2nd question, yes, MP_STAGE is for the stage . P003 is for in Execution. P004 is for completed and P005 is for closed.
