Hello,

we have migrated the customer master data including the previous account number.

Where can we find this number in the customer master data?

Thank you,

Markus

Hi,

You can find the previous account number in Maintain Business Partner app

Role -> Customer (Fin. accounting) -> tab Account Management -> Reference Data

Best,

Sandeep

Hi

The previous account number is not appeared in master data even it is set in migration templates as key field, but we utilized 'search term 1 or 2' to set the same codes as previous ones. It is searchable.

Thank you and best regards,

Yuri

Interestingly - the range of fields displayed differs between apps - so in 'Manage Customer', you only get a subset - but obviously have access to any fields you might add via extensibility - whereas in 'Maintain business partner' you get everything - but can't access extensibility

Hi Markus,

You can find the data and status in new App - Data Migration Status in your launchpad. All the projects and previous data can be found in this App.

Best regards,

Donny

Hi Markus,

I don't see anywhere within the Manage Customer Master Data sections where previous account number is called out as a discrete field. In my past experience with ECC, old customer references were often listed in one of the search fields for quick reference. I do find it odd that they'd have a field in the customer template that isn't included in the manage customer master data app, you might log an incident on that...

Thanks,

Ryan
