Supply check S4HC Cloud Query

Hello, Experts,

We have some query about purchser order,

we want to let our supplier check these purchase order query by themselves.

Is it possible to announce query to internet or have some other normal way?

Hi Joanna,

You could make a CDS view that holds the requested data and then publish this as an odata API. I'd recommend a separate communication user to allow your supplier access the odata service. An odata service can be accessed using for example by Excel. If you want to provide more, this would require you (or the supplier) to build an portal-like app on SCP, Mendix or any other platform that can read the odata service.
