Dear Community,
Can we create a Service Order (SO01) in the HANA Cloud without having CRM connection? I have found a Scope Item 3D2 however it provides the API connection but not the create of the Service Order?
Is Service Confirmation working also in the MTE Cloud?

Hi Mustafa,
As of 1902, a Service order cannot be created directly in S/4HANA cloud. The current version only supports creation of service orders from external sources such as CRM with a white listed API (scope item 3D2).
We currently don't have a specific release date, however the plan is to bring this capability into S/4HANA cloud in the future releases.
And, to answer your second question - yes, once you create a service order (through API), service confirmation is possible in S/4HANA Cloud (MTE).
