I need to use the excel file Chart of account Numbering and Chg Template with New GL Account (Length 10). How I can excel file with this template?

Hi Jose Helder,

The process will happen in your Q system following the below steps:

1. SSCUI 102422 where you can change the number of digits of the accounts to 10

2. SSCUI 150000 where you will be running the GL accounts mapping

When you finish the mapping using the app you will have the option of downloading the file from the system and uploading again.

We don't recommend that you try to upload the file from a starter system to the Q system, especially when the system involved have different releases (or the file was extracted in another release), this will avoid inconsistencies.

Please run the entire process in your Q system, that is already upgraded to 1905.

No template is needed,you can change the length using SSCUI 102422.

I understand and I changed in Starter System. At the moment I am not the System Q and I Can´t download the file with this New Account Lenght 10. We are finalizing the Fit-to-Standard with Starter System. Can you help me sending the excel file 1905?
