Ciao Simone,
please, see if you have the following rule:
General Ledger Accountant SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT
General Ledger Accountant Italy SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT_IT
Business Process Specialist SAP_BR_BUSINESS_PROCESS_SPEC
Configuration Expert - Business Process Configuration SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT

There are a few ways to create or change financial statement versions that don't require you to go into Config Your Solution and access an SSCUI.
The app Manage Financial Statement Versions is one way. To add items, click on the FSV you want to edit, choose Financial Statement Items which will drill you into the items of the FSV you selected. From there you can add and edit as needed and toggle back and forth between Display and Change modes (the toggle is in the upper left, the report description and options will change with whichever option you are in.
Another newer way to create or change Financial Statement Versions is in the app Manage Global Accounting Hierarchies. This app allows you to create hierarchies of all different types (including FSV's), and has the really great feature of allowing you to export your info to excel in a template, make changes and then re-import those changes thru an upload. Definitely worth trying out in your Quality environment as I think this is ultimately where SAP is moving with the functionality.
