MIGRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CONTACT FOR A BP

Dear all,

Does anyone know if there is a a way to migrate data concerning the contact entered as relationship in a BP?

This relationship can be created adding manually one BP as contact to another. How can we add this info in mass?

Could you share the best way you choose to manage the contact for the BP? ( As CP in partner fonction? contact in relationship? addtional mail and addresses in communication? etc..)

Hi Ingrid,

There is no mass update tool to create Contact Persons.

Contact person is technically also created as a BP with role "Contact Person" and you can add the contact person in relationships for another BP.

Contact person can serve different purposes as you mentioned, what's the best way will depend on the use case in my view.
