Hi,
I got a error message 'Error while creating confirmation message: Error (id=): ',when I call soap api of creating Fixed Asset.
What is the problem?

This happens due to incorrect settings in App Communication Arrangements.
Please make sure that the field "Service Status" is ticked in Arrangements SAP_COM_0563
