Hi - SCP Foundry licenses provide SAP Cloud Platform job scheduler. If Neo licenses, then JAVA coding to build a scheduler and set parameters is the possible alternative.
Hi - I would be interested in the reply to this as I also have an open question about how it is possible to use 'schedule' jobs where dynamic fields are available - another example is 'Outbound deliver' creation.... OSS reply was that is not yet available.
Just to add, I found the app, it is "Schedule Job for Closing Periods", but I still could NOT see a way to use the variant that I setup in app "Close Periods" (MMPV)

The Schedule Job for Closing Periods app has the same fields as the Close Periods app. You'll have to maintain those fields and schedule the job. pay attention also to the scheduling date/time (ref to https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002690940).
