Convert PR to PO Automatically

Hi, S4HC Experts!

I have a requirement to convert fully approved PRs to POs automatically. Is this possible in S4HC? From what I understand, only app ME58 is available in S4HC. ME59N is not available.

Hello,

In S4HC you can try to use Schedule Purchasing Jobs - Advanced app. It allows you to schedule jobs to automatically create PO from specific PR (based on defined criteria).

Hello,

Did you try to tick Automatic PO on Material master and Vendor. Plus, If you use the purchasing info record with auto. sourcing ticked, the PR would define automatically the source.

With this parameters, It should work.
