Hi Joanne!

You can try searching for the field/view in view browser app. Make sure this is released. Please find the screenshot attached.

Thank you!

Hello, Experts,

Thank you very much for your help!

I want to read all materials' MRP Controller,

and I checked all the released standard CDS View, but not have .

I don't want to download manually every time.

just want to click "refresh" in excel, then can automatically read all materials' MRP Controller to Excel File.

Do you have good ideas?

Hi Joanna,

I'd like to propose some alternatives.

For simple master data export for Products please use app Export Master Data Products. You can select specific fields to download or select all fields from all Tables.

You can also consume OData service in Excel. Please see this blog on how to build it out:

https://blogs.sap.com/2018/08/17/s4hana-cloud-integration-microsoft-excel/

Instead of the BP you can use SAP_COM_0009 for Products (API: https://api.sap.com/api/API_PRODUCT_SRV/overview).

For CDS View, please refer to I_PRODUCTPLANT in the View Browser (field MRPRESPONSIBLE is the MRP Controller). You'll need to build your query.

Not sure how often you need to check the MRP Controllers on the Product master data, but it shouldn't be a daily activity!

I think the standard app Export Master Data Products is your best solution.

Thanks,

Gabor

Hello Gabor,

I try to use SAP_COM_0009 to download product master data to Excel,

but because Some fields have different name ,I can not find all fields I needed.

for example : In-house production time in MRP2 view.

do you have some method to find the field ?
