How to Raise Incident for S4 HANA Cloud related queries.?

Hi,

Can somebody help me out to know, how could i raise an incident for S4 HANA cloud related ERRORS? We encountered with couple of technical errors, wherein we want to raise the same with SAP. 

Would be of great help if someone could explain this in detail.

Log them with OSS (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/) using your S-User, just like you would for any SAP related error

Additionaly, you can also create support incidents for SAP with the CoPilot.

One way is to use the SAP CoPilot. Open SAP CoPilot in the Chat area and select "New Chat". Then Select "Add" (the plus button on the lower left corner) and "Create New Object". Now you need to select the Object "Support Incident". You will need an S-User ID for the creation of the Support Incident.

By the way you can also suggest a new feature the same way by selecting "Feature Request".
