Can a WBS element or project have more than one customer/sold-to?

Dear Community, 

Is it possible to have  several customer/Sold-to assigned to a WBS element? And Also could several billing documents be created to several Bill-to parties?

I do appreciate if you tell me whether and how this is possible?

Merhaba Mustafa,

Once the project and SO is created you may add additional partner functions at the sales order level using the Fiori app 'Manage Sales Orders - Services.' Please see the attached screenshot for a quick demonstration.

Hi Feras I have tried and it does not work. Generally the client needs different ship to and sold to address on the invoice when this need arises but on the sales order generated from the Project there is no option of changing ship to and sold to at the sales order level

Hi Mustafa,

Personally I have not tried to add an additional 'sold-to-party' function and would understand the error message. From past projects, usually additional bill-to & or ship-to partner functions were maintained.

May you elaborate on your business/process need please?

Hi Feras,

Thanks for your feedback but I think atate is right as when I tried to add another sold-to, I have received the following error.

"Partner function SP can only occur 1 times in procedure SO01 (Sales Document Header)"

I can also not add it in the Item Level.

Have you tried by yourself?

Hi atate , to your point, it is possible to have a sold party X and maintain a different Ship-To party at the sales order level when using the Fiori app for professional services sales orders. However, the error message is thrown once one tries to maintain more than 1 party i.e. for example 2 sold parties ( mustafa.gueltekin 's point).

Have you considered using the new SSCUIs available for setting up business partner grouping and subsequent partner determination functions for the customer? Perhaps, an additional ZSoldToParty available at the SO header level could be created and maintained as additional partners. If this also falls short of your requirement then I encourage taking the point to the influence portal for the professional services.

No This is not possible as in Customer Projects Ship to and Sold to cant be entered since the Sales order gets created automatically in HANA cloud. . You can have several billing documents
