Block Tax Code for usage

Good day,

We had last year 1 April 2018 a change in our VAT. It was changed from 14% to 15%. 

We require now to block the old tax codes (V1, A1, etc) that was set-up in the system for 14%.

Do you perhaps know if this is possible in S/4HANA Cloud?

Hi Andro,

You can set a tax code as "Inactive" under Properties in SSCUI 101016 so that it can no longer be used.

Hi Anirban,

When I view the properties for example tax code V1 the "inactive" indicator is greyed out. Do you think we can request SAP to set this tick for us?

Yes , please raise a ticket for this. I just checked in a Q system and it's greyed out there as well.
