using api Billing Integration SAP_COM_0120 problem

Dear Expert,we have problem when using api SAP_COM_0120,we test the soap service in soap ui but get an error response，

the test xml data we used like thistest data.txt

the response data is following

how can we solve this problem? and is there any way to analyze it ?

Former Member , if you're still facing this issue and have exhausted all research options, may I suggest you create an Incident with SAP Support: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/create

We recommend importing the WSDL into SoapUI and generating a test case on import. There you can find example payload with the fields marked as optional or mandatory.
