How do you Mass Change field values in S/4HANA Cloud?

In ECC, it was relatively easy to apply a mass change to a field for a set of records (something like update the Language field to EN for a group of Business Partners/Suppliers which were created with it blank). I've yet to find this same level of functionality in S/4HANA Cloud, and we've had to manually change records which is time consuming. How are your organizations doing this?

Please take a look at the documentation for process 1RK - Mass Maintenance for Business Partner' in the Best Practices Explorer. I think it'll cover what you need. Pascal Renet has recently done a really good youtube video on doing mass updates for products in S4HC which would use the same principles. In procurement there are individual apps to enable mass change functionality in the (MM Purchasing) business documents, check the fiori App library see examples below:

Hi Ryan,

You can search for apps for groups "Mass Maintenance for Product Master" and "Mass Maintenance for Business Partners" in S/4HANA Cloud. These groups have few apps to manage/start mass maintenance for materials/business partners(suppliers/customers/relationships).

The mass change tool is still in S4HC, like MM17 or MASS. Some new tools also provided but they are included in some scope items which should be activated separately. You can also use GWPAM to mass change data for which related API is available.

This is it! Available still in version 21-11, mass maintenance material - and this tile is not included in search results, must be typed in EXACTLY. We are finding limitations for ale bolt-on tax package controlled tax fields that require following the message to the idoc processing, using a capture of the doc number in the message to process, its faster to process those manually.

Also you will need the technical material table-field names in this tile, which are found by displaying the product master, clicking on a field to highlight it and then F1 and click on the wrench icon for technical information.
