Can the Intrastat report be sent automatically to the authorities from the cloud?

Hello

We have seen the scope linked to the intrastat process ( BDT).

In the different steps there is no the option, at the end, after having collected the data and created the declaration form, to send the report directly to the authority by a link between both system. Does S4C have the possibilty to be linked to the authorities to make this last step?

We found links on help sap about Global Trade Services (GTS). It seems it is an additional service. Is it? How it works? Does this solution is compatible with S4C for all countries involved in this process? If it exists, what is the process to put it in place?
