Checks renumber and reverse

Is there the ability to renumber or change check numbers similar to what the FCH4 transaction does?

Also, can a check be reversed a check for a supplier?  FCH8

went into the links you provided and it says page not found. Http:\\ request failed. Then if goes into the main library page. When I search on FCH4 it brings up the "Renumber Checks" Required Back-End ProductSAP S/4HANA

But then there is no details on an actual App existing. The screen that is shown is for Transfer Posting Other. However, that isn't for AP it is for AR. Also when I search my Fiori in out sand box for FCH4 there is nothing returned.

Does this mean the function is not available or maybe it's in the cloud on premise? We are implementing Public cloud maybe that is why?
