How to create a periodic billing plan?

Hello,

I am tryng to create a periodic billing plan i.e. for a rental fee.

The only option I see for creating billings plans is to create a standard order type OR and change the item category to CTAD. Then you can indicate several billing dates, but the billing plan type is set to 90 “SD Baseline Milestone Billing” and it can’t be changed. If you try to set the billing rule to 6 “Periodic billing (rent)”, the error “Billing rule 6 is not compatible with the billing plant type” occurs.

In the SCCUIDs there isn’t any configuration available for billing plans and I don`t find any scope item for periodic billing.

How this scenario can be configured?

Periodic billing plans are not provided through the S/4HANA Cloud system.

There are currently no immediate plans to include them in the up-coming releases.

Hi Mario,

Period billing and milestone billing are part of Service Contracts in S/4 HANA Cloud which is a workaround that can be explore if the business process suites.
