In S4 HANA CLOUD, I need to fetch the data for Vendor in the Forms.
How to achieve the data from CDS views/tables within the forms?

Please take a look at the set up instructions for output management. It discusses adding new form fields using the data connection.

However as you may have noticed, there are occasions that the data connection in adobe livecycle does not include a specific field you may want.
