Hello guys,

is currently not allowed to migrate GL account master data into SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Please, read SAP KBA 2682466 - Migration cockpit: Cannot find migration object for GL account data.

However, I would like to present you another way which may solve your issue.

So please use following features of "Manage G/L Account Master Data" app:

|- Multiple Copies (available on Chart of Accounts View)

|- Here you can copy one G/L account (chart of accounts part + company code assignments) to multiple new G/L accounts.

|- Mass Copy (available on Company Code View)

|- Here you can copy company code assignments of multiple G/L accounts from one company code to another company code.

As confirmed by the product team, the mass upload of G/L Account is not available in CE2011. But I got confirmation from the team that they plan to use Excel upload in Fiori as import channel of chart of accounts and G/L master data in S4HANA Cloud. Since the project is only at initiate phase, the timeline is not finalized yet.

S/4Hana Cloud provides a pre-defined chart of accounts but it can be adapted. See this link for S/4Hana Cloud G/L chart of accounts renumbering.
