App "House Bank" in S/4Hana Cloud

Hello!

We are trying to search the app "House Bank" in our system but we are not able to find it. The app appears in the fiori app library documentation and in the help SAP documentation. However, it seems that this app is not included in the business catalog of our system (SAP_FIN_BC_CM_BAM_BASIC_PC).

Could somebody help us?

Hello mfranco,

As the app "House Bank" is shown in the Library for S/4HANA Cloud 1811, should appear to you if you are in the same release.

If you are in the release 1811 and you cannot enable this app with the Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CM_BAM_BASIC_PC, so open an incident in SAP Product Support, because can be a bug and need to be checked.

Hi mfranco Thank you for updating us the status of your query, and we are glad you have the information now! However, in future, if you run into a similar situation of missing apps, you should be able to find information by yourself by checking the 'App Documentation' under 'Product Feature' in Fiori Apps Library. In this specific case, I got the below link from 'App Documentation' and I am sure, this is must be link you were provided with:

Also, with every releases you might have new apps being available in your tenant and sometimes(most times actually) this might not readily be available in your tenant, in such scenario, it is important to have this link handy:

Hi all,

I opened an incident on SAP Support Portal and they said me the following:

"The app F1758, which provided in the URL, is a fact sheet app. It's used to search and find house banks. It cannot change or manage house banks.

You may find the fact sheet in the drilldown list after click 'Search' button in Fiori Launchpad.

If you want to manage or change house banks, please use the app 'Manage Banks' (F1574) instead."

Hi,

You can check if J77 scope item is active or not. Additionally, you can access house banks using the Fiori app "Manage Banks".

Yes, we have cash management full scope activated. We know that we can access through App "Manage Banks" indirectly but we would like to know if app "house banks" still exists.
