Hello

Could you share your knowledge how to update pricing (condition) of info record in S/4HANA Cloud?
We cannot utilize data migration cockpit for it since the combination of supplier and material codes are already registered and it is not for updating existing data.

We can update almost all fields for business partner or material with using 'mass maintenance' app, but the one for Info record, there is no fields for conditions as far as I have checked.

hello,
finally functionality Mass Purchasing Info Record Price Update Capability has been introduced in 2022
(extended app: Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records)
I've successfully updated some prices for simple cases (update of valid condition record) but still i'm fighting in a case i would like to introduce new line in Pricing for PIR, i don't have info about what Condition Group ID should be filled. Empty value doesn't do any update, neither next optional value doesn't work.

Maybe daniel.kesenheimer would you have any hint?

Thank you Daniel,
I wasn't aware of this functionality. It works OK for percentage increase, specifically Type of Change: Value from condition will be increased (+).
But when I fill Absolute Amount, select the same option Value from condition will be increased (+). I expect increase by for example 100.
In the end i get replacement by that exact amount. I think it's wrong, because for this there should be the last option:
Value from condition will be replaced by absolute amount ( )
I forgot to mention, your business case is we get updated price list form supplier and price increase varies, so mass change from the file or migration would be greatly appreciated. Actually business users don't believe this functionality wouldn't exist.

in the meantime there is an app available to perform mass changes to purchase info records. The app is called: "Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records" .

Hi,

There is no mass update app available for maintaining Purchasing conditions.

Have you tried the data migration cockpit template for "Pricing condition (Purchasing)" - this should actually update the condition prices by creating new price range and new validity dates.
