Is it possible to have a Cross-Company Sales Order process for Service Item?

hi All, 

Does the cross-company code process also work for services, that is, company code A receives the sales order for a service but company code B will perform the services? There is currently a scope item for cross-company process for trade items (1HO) but not Service Items.

Hi Mustafa,

Currently the IC process in cloud supports trading and finished goods. Additionally, Extended Intercompany Processes for Sales (1WO) supports intercompany settings for the Credit Memo, Debit Memo, and Free of Charge Delivery scope items. Project based services are also supported in cloud.

Sale of Services (2EQ) covers sales order processing of service items without delivery and order-related billing. However, to my knowledge, intercompany scenario is currently not supported for this scope item.

I believe the functionality is provided in scope item 31Q - Sales Order Processing for Sales Kits.
