We are in need of the access to Quick Information Document. 

SAP team has provided the respective link but it does not work / access denied.

Hello

Quick Info Documents are generally labeled as SAP internal only documents. My advice would be to work with your Customer Engagement Executive if there is information you are looking that is found in a QID.

Can you provide the link that doesn't work? What is the name of the Document you are trying to locate?
