Disable Service Price List maintenance for some users

Hi;

Is it possible to limit the access to Edit the Service Price List from within the project? We either like to only have a few users or no users being able to maintain this after the project stage is set to "In Execution". The issue is that price changes through the pricelist in the customer project always go back to the beginning and it will cause the revenue recognition process to revalue passed entries.

I checked the Role SAP_BR_PROJ_MANAGE_COMM assigned to the 'Plan Customer Projects' in the App 'Maintain Business Roles'and found the Catalog SAP_MM_BC_SES_WIAPPROVE_PC ' Materials Management - Service Entry Sheet Approval'

Ive attached a screenshot to show.

Have tried restricting this catalog to the users to prevent the Editing of the Service Price List or the other catalogs in the Role SAP_BR_PROJ_MANAGE_COMM ?

Hi Enda;

I believe you were talking about the business catalog SAP_SD_BC_PRICE_MANAGE_PSV_PC. This only seems to control access to the app Set Service Price and does not have any influence on the Price List in the billing tab on the project.
