Hi,
When we start using the approval of hours we'd like to see who is the approver on the unapproved hours so that we can chase them. Is there a report of some kind available to do this?
kind regards,
Jeroen

Hi Jeroen,
Unfortunately currently there is no out-of-the box app for timesheet reporting in S4HC. However, a workaround is to create custom CDS-View as a joint between I_TIMESHEETRECORD and I_BUSINESS_USER
Please note that if based only on the existing CDS-View I_ TIMESHEETRECORD, the result analytical query will show the time sheets of all employees. But with the public CDS view I_BUSINESSUSER you can restrict access of timesheet records to only the logged in user where you can see the approver of approved/unapproved hours, but this view will only be available with release 1808.
Hope it helps!

Hello,
The only thing we have is the “missing time” application https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F2556')/S13 where Project Managers and Project controllers can see the ‘missing’ hours with their status, like not “submitted by the employee” or “submitted but not approved by the PM”. The notification in this app however is only for the not submitted hours.
Hi Midzung,
Your answer pertains to the person that booked the hours, which is also a report we have been waiting for so good to see 1808 will bring that.
But the question is more about the approver. I see that the approver is available in the I_timesheetrecord CDS but is that already filled before approval? We want to chase the approver, not the timewriter.
regards,
Jeroen
