Revenue recognition: Periodic services

Hello,

We are using periodic services at billing plan for customer projects. The key for revenue recognition is SPPC. Everything is ok until we have to make a credit memo for one billing plan item. The system continues using this item for revenue recognition and this is not ok. How can we solve this issue?

Hello Vicky,

I am not totally sure weather I have fully grasped your question. However, would recommend revising the configuration for revenue recognition source, assignment and posting rules in manage your solution. Attached is an explanatory configuration document.

Hi! I have the same issue with credit notes and discounts. How did you solve it? Which is the proper maintenance of the settings in order to make it work in this case?
