Hello Team,

      If i  want to manage activity based service procurement as like on premises then for external service procurement how i am going to maintain service activity master in S4HC and where to configure all theses things relate to ESM (external service management)  as like on premises in S4HC?

Hi: In S4HC the scope item 22Z covers the service procurement. Unlike on premise we have now service material type in S4HC where you can create the required services in the system. Now from business perspective you have to make a decision that do you need all the services and the sub services that you procure should have a service code in the system similar to service master through AC03. Other wise you can keep using the text item without material/ service code and keep creating your Purchasing documents. Do you still a difference between AC03 service master and creating a service material using service material type. Kindly highlight your concern and a business challenge.
