Unable to find "Plants" in dropdown list of "Maintain Service Organization" screen

Dear Team,

We are trying to create a service organisation by using the application "Maintain Service Organisations" app. We are unable to find the plants list in the drop down of Plant field. Can anyone had idea on this?

Hi, you don't assign a purchase organization. In Configure your solution please check your organizational structure: if you enter in the left navigator in your Purchasing organization you musts see all the plant you need to add in the service organization app. If the plant it's not assigned to purhcasing organization please add it

Thanks for the prompt reply. The assignment that you mentioned is already in place. attached is the screenshot for your reference.

Still we are not able to find the plant in drop down list.

Hi sathyamsighakolli I had the same problem and I solved it by this instructions. Please try to enter in each plant and verify if for everyone you can see the standard label (red arrow). For each plant you must set the standard purchase organization by pressing the button indicated by blue arrow.
