Intercompany sales order Domestic

Hello,

In Starter System

while creating a intercompany sales order Domestic, In pricing condition, Pi02 - is not accepting and showing error (Requirement are not fulfilled for PI02-Message-V1215)

Kindly suggest possible solutions.
