Hello sathyamsighakolli ,

Please find my answers below to your questions.

[1] SSCUI 102413: Maintain Budget Availability Control Profile for Projects - is not applicable neither to customer nor internal projects.

[2] In line with point 1; this configuration is not a part of professional services

[3] This configuration is related to Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management. Specifically this SSCUI acts as a foundation to situation handling in the context of budget management from the perspective of project financial controllers.

Essentially, when EPPM projects are created, budget profiles are assigned to them. The configuration allows users to define warning or error messages based on a threshold or tolerance of budget limits. Further, these messages could be configured as a function of activities/modules. Ex: display a warning messages for when actual costs are about to be posted on travel expense account.

This configuration activity is enabled through semantic tags allowing for a systematic definition and subsequent updates of GL accounts and other change processes. As stated earlier, this configuration would be a building block to a more complete workflow notification mechanism which would involve setting up situation handling, teams and responsibilities.

Hope this information helps,

Thank you,

Feras
