Actual revenue and actual cost in a service project

Hi All,

i have a question about periodic service projects. When i make a recording from the timesheet, the actual revenue(up to current month) and actual cost(up to current month) are not updated(project facsheet, financial performance) . I have this behaviour only for periodic service projects. For T&M and Fixed priced project the values are correct. Is it a standard behaviour or is it a bug of my starter system?

Hi Alberto,

This is the standard behavior. For Periodic Service, revenue recognition is not triggered automatically by time postings. Revenue is only recognized after the period-end run. After running the job, the actual revenue and cost (up to current month) will be updated in the project factsheet. Please see screenshots attached.

This behaviour needs to be checked . if possible please create an incident on the comonent area CA-CPD-SS with an example so we can verify.
