Mising the Fiori App "Concur Integration Setup" in S/4 Hana Cloud Production system

Hello,

can anybody help me to activate this app: "Concur Integration Setup"

I can find it only in our Development system but not in the production system.

I already followed the implementation Guide 1M1.

How do I become an "Integration Expert", as mentioned in this guide:

Log on

Log on to the SAP Fiori launchpad as Integration Expert.

User: example: AT_tester1

Password: example: Welcome1

Access App

Click More Groups and choose Concur Integration from the top right side on the home page.

Set up the Integration with Concur

Click Concur Integration Setup.

Hi Christian

Could you please check that the Role SAP_BR_CONF_EXPERT_BUS_NET_INT is assigned to your username ( In the App Maintain Business Users ? )

In the Fiori Library at the link below , this role is needed to access the App

I tried myself and the app Concur Integration Setup becomes available when its assigned.

Hi Christian,

I would simply go by Enda's comment, 90% of case, you should be able to view the app after assigning the relevant roles to your Business user. However, there could be another potential scenario where the role itself is not available for it to be assigned to the business user, in that case you need to go to business role app and select 'create from template' (attached for your reference)

Another (rare) scenario could be that if you know for a fact that you have the roles already assigned and the app is still missing, I would go back and check 'View Solution scope' under 'Manage your solution' app to see if the Scope item is activated. If this is not even activated(like in the screenshot attached), then you should raise an incident with SAP asap with the component- XX-S4C-SRV(this is a rare scenario)
