Executing Test Processes within a Test Plan

Within the Test Your Processes app I have executed a test plan but the process steps are not processing.  No error messages are presented but the progress indicator remains at 0% and the status of plan is 'In Process'.  Are there other steps I need to enact before the test will progress?

Hi,

I assume you found a solution to your issue. Nevertheless, for other customers having the same issue:

If test execution is not starting, please check if you maintained (correctly) the test user in "manage your test process" app. At the bottom of the screen is a functionality "manage user". This needs to be filled.

This is also explained in detail in the first link (test your processes user guide) that Rodrigo shared.

Which test plan you are trying to execute? Can you capture an image for reference?

Hi Sandeep,

I have created the test process from a recording. It is a basic stock take-on goods receipt. Attached is a screenshot of the process step detail from within the Test Your Process app.
