Migration cockpit - Purchasing info record with conditions

Hi,

I'm testing template for "Purchasing info record with conditions in Starter System.

I am able to create an Info Record with several periods but if I try to add new period in the info record creadet previously, it gives me an error:

"Info Record xxxx already exists for material xxxx and vendor xxxxx".

Is it possible to create new codition periods for an existing info record?

Is it possible to create a few PIRs using LTMC as a test? I'm getting error 'Purchasing Organization Data line 10 to 29 is empty'

This does not work at Plant level. If you Remove plant and make the info record at Purchase org level. It will work. We have tested this for carrier.

It doesn't work for us, the system raises error "Info Record xxxx already exists for material xxxx and vendor xxxxx".

We don't inform Plant code as you recommended but error comes anyway.

Can you give us any tip or share a sample file with us?

Hi Mario,

Data Migration can be used only for new data upload but not mass change.

If I understand you correctly, you're asking for the similar function as transaction MEKP. If yes, it's planned in 1908 release.

But the field isn't in template.

Hi,

PIR cannot have overlapping periods, as an alternative you can use the migration template Pricing(purchasing) and update conditions records with that.

I had already made that option, but "Amount" field is not updated.

We are doing more tests.

We want add/create new condition periods for existing info record, not overlapp. We will contiue to report our progress.
