Cash Journal APIs

Hi,

We want to consider the option of building a simple UI SCP App in order shop users can post cash journal entries and help them on cash count at the end of shift. We have been searching in the API Hub for an API to manage cash journal but unfortunately we haven’t found it. Does anyone know if it is planned to deliver an API regarding cash journal subledger in future releases? We haven’t found anything about it in roadmap documentation. Release 1808 still uses the classic cash journal application with the old-fashion web-GUI SAP ECC UI what can be difficult to deal with for non white collar users.

There is no API specifically targeting cash journal application. Perhaps one option to consider is to create Simple SCP app and post journals to GL with: Journal Entry - Post (Synchronous) Technical name: JournalEntryCreateRequestConfirmation_In
