How can I influence the product roadmap with my ideas?

Starting February 12, customers can influence product innovation for SAP S/4HANA Cloud by submitting improvement requests using the Customer Influence site. In addition to submitting new requests, users can explore existing improvement requests and vote on them on the site. This engagement shows SAP which requests are of the most interest for their customers. A comment section enables customers to interact with each other as well as with SAP’s Product Management. Furthermore, SAP is planning to integrate the Customer Influence site to SAP S/4HANA Cloud software during the first quarter of 2018 by using SAP CoPilot, the company’s digital assistant software. Customers would then be able to submit improvement requests within the application.

Hi Danielle,

The easiest way is to use CoPilot. To use CoPilot you have to assign to one of your business roles the business catalogs:

Application Support - Feature Request: SAP_CA_BC_DSX_FERE_PC

Application Support - Incident Handling: SAP_CA_BC_DSX_INCH_PC

Both can be found under Business Role Template "Application Support Engineer".

Once you have it, you can open CoPilot, start a New Chat and you will find under Create New Object the options: Create Feature Request and Support Incident.

CoPilot takes the S-user assigned to the Business User as reporter.

For features request subject, description, area and business impact have to be provided and the user can also provide attachments or screen shots.

For incident creation you can fulfill the App Name or area your incident refers to. Copilot takes the context info automatically from the tool and the user can attach screen shots. Subject, description, priority and step-by-step guide to reproduce the incident have to be provided. Incident component will be determine based on the App Name or area selected.
