Add extension field in data migration template

Hello,

is there a way to add an extension field in the migration template? We tried this for a customer project and the migration template is not getting updated.

Please check the note 2538700 , point 10 . Ive attached a PDF version of the note

The migration cockpit currently does not support the migration of custom fields.

Please use the SAP Customer Influence (http://influence.sap.com/saps4hanacloud) if you would like to get the feature added.

It is documented here that "Custom fields added to SAP S/4HANA applications in SAP S/4HANA Cloud cannot be migrated using the Migration Cockpit."
