SAP Marketing Cloud - Add new facet/section into UI

Dear Experts,

we would like to add a new facet (tab/section) into the Contacts or Corporate Account UI with our custom BO table extension.

In C4C, it is possible to create embedded components but which possibilities do we have here in MKT?

I know that we can use "Extensions" in ME to embed a custom extension via URL. But that doesn´t look so nice as it is only a navigation to custom screen.
