As I understand, the question in place is to find the capability in SAP S4HC similar to the Favorites export/import in ECC.

I am searching for the same information, could you share the solution for this if you got one, please?

Is there a capability in Fiori to export/import user's home page settings from one user to another or from Q to P?

Are you trying to create custom app groups - in order to have a common set of apps to deploy to a group of users?

We would like to be able to do the same - but not sure that this can be done, as SAP do not provide an option to create custom business catalogs.

You can sort of achieve this by adding apps to existing groups - but agree it would be a really useful feature to be able to do this properly

Hi Enda,

I believe Laurent meant :

- sharing apps and groups to other users,

- saving user's customized interface,

This in order to avoid the waste of time of customizing users' Fiori interface with selected groups and apps for each systems of S/4HANA Cloud : starter / test / productive systems.

It appears that was possible in ECC to share or import/export lists of bookmarked T-codes. We are seeking the same process in S/4HANA Cloud.

The links and apps i provided are the nearest to the requirement for importing / exporting t codes and the sharing of layouts . There is no direct equivalent i could find for S/4HANA Cloud

I've changed my Home Page by adding some groups or by hiding a lot of groups

Now, like with ECC, I want to download these "favorites" on my PC and upload them with other users

For S/4 HANA Cloud , you can use the App Maintain Business Roles . In the documentation is says its possible to download and upload an XML file with the roles but its not mentioned if its possible to hide / show Apps
