I am trying to create a company code in the starter system. I was successful in copying model company code 1710 into a target company code. However, when I try to edit information of the target company code, I get message that "No change authorization. Editing not possible".
Any help is appreciated.

I believe that this documentation solves your issue.
All the best,
Cassiano.
