Hi All,
The project coding mask that we maintain for Project - ID. Is it applicable while creating customer project or internal project ?

Hi Mayur,
The project coding mask is applicable for projects created in the Project Builder app. Please find more details here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/c473e4fb3bca4420badc0de89c520328/1902.500/en-US/c961a3428df2449e8bca4d1a...
Kind regards,
Ana

Hi,
In addition to Ana's remark, the referenced help explicitly mentions this is not to be used in the Create Customer/Internal Project Apps. However there is a nice badi available in custom logic: BAdI: Generate Project IDs
Here you can automatically generate project ID's for both Internal and Customer project or you can code it to generate it for only one type.

Jeroen
