Hi Milcho,

You can use the app "Mass Maintenance Business partners" to update payment terms using a spread sheet.

Best,

Hi Sandeep,

thanks for the fast reply. What do you mean with "using spreadsheet"?

Best,

Hi milchopopov ,

To add to my colleague Sandeep's comment, attached please find a quick deck with some screenshots demonstrating how you could create and maintain a spreadsheet to suite your needs.

Tip:

If your business partner ID is less than 10 characters it is recommended to maintain leading zeros.

Hope this helps!

If you are looking for a solution outside data migration there is functionality to create similar assets in mass. It is part of the create assets app. In a pop-up, you can then change certain fields that differ between the assets. Please see the screenshot

Although not out of the box, it looks like you can use the SOAP API for the business user to update timezone.

For example, you could write a simple iFlow on CPI to take in a csv file from Excel and bulk update the timezone for your users.
